Creative service
Custom songs may be created using a combination of human creativity and AI-assisted tools. Creative choices are based on the information supplied by the customer and remain artistic decisions.
Price and deposit
The standard custom-song price is $120. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. When the deposit option is chosen, the remaining balance is due before final delivery.
Revisions
One revision is included. Additional revisions may require an extra fee that will be communicated before additional work begins.
Personal use
The delivered song is licensed for personal use, private events, and personal sharing. Commercial use, resale, distribution, synchronization, advertising, or monetization requires separate written permission.
Customer-provided material
The customer confirms that submitted names, stories, messages, vows, and other material may be used to create the requested song and do not knowingly violate another person's rights.
Subjective artistic results
Music is subjective, and emotional response or personal taste may vary. Liability related to the service is limited to the amount paid, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
